Beth Aleksinas has been a Certified Personal Trainer
since 1981 and a Yoga Teacher since 1998. "Yoga for me is a lifestyle, a discipline. I enjoy sharing my love and expertise of Yoga with as many people as I can. I maintain a beginners mind when it comes to Yoga and in life, learning and discovering through a practice of Yoga is healthy and long lasting. A practice of Yoga does not only open the body physically, but works on a much deeper level." Beth teaches several styles of Hatha Yoga, including Raja Yoga, Restorative, Chair Yoga, and Vinyassa Yoga. Beth teaches yoga classes and private Yoga. Private Yoga can be in your home or the Yoga Studio at Bramasole. She has managed several Fitness Facilities, Resorts, Luxury Spas and has created unique and successful fitness and wellness programs. "My approach to fitness and wellness, is to look at each person, and to discover what would work best for them. Creating a well rounded fitness and wellness program that will empower them to become healthier, body, mind and spirit. In creating this approach, I have found most people are very successful, in achieving fitness and wellness goals. I have helped so many wonderful clients, during my 32 years of experience, and I am excited to continue my work each day."
Ms. Aleksinas is also a certified Reiki Master Healer/Teacher. She has trained many students to teach Reiki. The healing path does not end there, Beth is also a certified Foot Reflexologist and Facial Reflexologist (Lone Sorenson Technique).
Beth's approach to fitness has always been a holistic and natural approach.
A native of Morris Ct., Beth is married to her high school sweetheart Chuck, is blessed with an amazing Son, CJ and one beautiful boxer named Lucky.
Wellness Center is a manifestation of a dream come true. A peaceful
space that offers a "one stop" place to balance the body, mind, and
recently published an article, entitled "Seniors Seek Balance Through
Yoga" and she volunteers her time teaching "Yoga for cancer Survivors"
in her community and recorded her own guided meditation CD, "Surrender".
