Yoga Nidra is sometimes described as yogic sleep.
It can be a deeply profound experience, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that helps to induce, deep and profound relaxation. It helps to reduce pain, anxiety, stress, depression and restore balance.
All are welcome – $20/person and each attendee will receive a blended essential oil to take home.
