“MINDFULNESS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING”
Class Schedule ~ Beginning April 14, 2018. We will meet the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 11am-5pm. Please be sure to bring a light lunch and snacks. Water, tea and fruit will always be provided for each student. We will also meet every Thursday from 5:30pm-7:30pm. You MUST attend each class in order to receive your Teacher Certificate. We understand that circumstances may arise. In those cases the student may be able to make up the time as long as it fits with the instructor’s schedule. We want you to succeed!
Bramasole’s 200 Hour “MINDFULNESS Yoga Teacher Training” upholds deeply rooted qualities and standards. We hold all of our students to the highest standard and ethics. Our curriculum is comprehensive and up-to-date. Our focus is on preparing our Teachers to guide quality, thoughtful and mindful classes. We prepare you to teach private sessions as well as group classes from beginners to dedicated yoga clients.
You will be learning and earning your 200 hour training, through lectures (in class time), group discussions, exploration, teaching, journaling, meditation practice, documentation, and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
