I offer group and private yoga sessions, “Lunch and Learn Programs” in the work place, organizations, libraries, Hospitals and many other venues. I have spoken before many audiences and groups about living life with mindfulness and purpose. I studied Health Education at Southern Connecticut State University, Certified Fitness and Yoga Instructor, Studied at The Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School , I am the author of “Life off the Mat” Living a Life of Excellence and Purpose and creator of “Surrender” a Guided Meditation CD.
